In this entry, we will explain how to be notified of movements within said offices.

You can follow these movements at three different levels:

  • Within each institution, to be kept informed of any movement within the ministry of Health, for example.

  • About each position, to be warned as soon as the digital advisor to the minister for Culture leaves, for example.

  • About each mandate, to be told as soon as there is a change of principal private secretary in any institution, or to follow any movement in positions which mandates include the budget, thus knowing whether the budget advisor to the minister for Education has moved.

Activating notifications from the organisation chart:

  1. Sign in

  2. Click on the drop-down menu on the top left-hand corner and go to “Resources”

  3. In the “Power” section, click on the “The ministers’ offices of Emmanuel Macron’s second five-year term” chart

  4. You can then sort people out by mandate, institution and ministry or directly search them using their full names

  5. To activate the notifications, click on the bell next to the institution or the position

Activating notifications using Contexte Lab:

  1. Sign in

  2. Go to the “Contexte Lab” tab and activate the feature
